Hey Fans, Friends, and Fellows,
It’s a hair-dying night at my house tonight. I’ll post on Instagram when it’s all done. Since the first time my boyfriend and I dyed our hair a couple of months ago, he’s gotten really into the concept of body modification. He’s gotten a few more piercings and is considering a tattoo. I’m excited for him to go through this change in style. It got me thinking about how I could bring body modification into my writing. Since I like writing in fantasy and plan to write some sci-fi down the road, I think there’s a lot of potential for fun stuff in there.
Writing Prompt: Write a piece that includes some kind of body modification. How do you or your character feel about it, and how will you show that feeling in your writing?
